Serving the Princeton area since 1927, our name recognizes our legacy as the birthplace of Elim Care. We look to the future filled with innovations in senior care as a ministry of Cassia, an Augustana Care and Elim Care affiliation.

In 1927, the original Elim Home opened in the Caley Mansion, as a ministry of six area Swedish Evangelical Free Churches in and near Princeton, Minnesota.

Elim Wellspring is located in a quiet residential area, just a few blocks west of downtown Princeton. Nearby are shopping, restaurants, churches, professional services and medical clinics.
