What is assisted living at Elim Wellspring? A carefree, active senior lifestyle enhanced with the personal care and health care you need to maintain your independence. You’ll enjoy a gracious, private apartment ready for you to furnish as you wish. Housekeeping, linen laundering and bed-making are done for you each week along with building maintenance. Leave the day-to-day chores to us and you’ll have more time for your interests and the people you love!
You’ll have a kitchen, but there is no need to cook. Delicious meals are made available daily and professionally served in our elegant dining room. You can enjoy good conversation or catching up on the news of the day at coffee time with delightful snacks every afternoon. Join in games, cards, Bible study or a creative arts class. Meet friends in our relaxing lounge or on the patios when the weather is nice. Be a part of the group as we go on area outing adventures, comfortably on our community bus.

The monthly apartment rental fee includes the following:
- Choices in studio, deluxe studio, or one-bedroom apartment
- Private bath with grab bars and walk-in shower
- Kitchenette with small refrigerator, freezer, remove stove top and sink
- Washer and dryer on each floor
- Individual climate controls (heat and air conditioning)
- Basic Wi-Fi throughout community
- All utilities except private phone service & cable
- Scheduled social, spiritual, recreational, educational and wellness programs
- Blinds on all windows
- Daily snacks and beverages available
Health services package
- Initial health care assessment with individualized care plan
- Personal care staff on duty 24 hours per day
- Personal pendant with 24-hour urgency response
- Complimentary escorts to meals for first three days
- Monthly vital sign management, reviewed by nursing staff
- Weekly light housekeeping services
- Weekly linen change
- Assistance with transportation scheduling as needed
